Imposta municipale unica meglio nota con l'acronimo "IMU" è una tassa sugli immobili, terreni e fabbricati che sostituisce la vecchia Ici. Tale tassa è entrata in vigore dal primo gennaio 2012. Il pagamento potrà essere effettuato in 4 rate (marzo, giugno, settembre, dicembre).
